Privacy

LinkBanana (“we”, “us”) is operated by SPT Labs, based in Florida, USA. It lets people make a one-link page at linkbanana.me. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@linkbanana.me.

What we collect

• Your account: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider), the username you claim, and the display name you choose.
• Your page: everything you add in the editor, such as your name, tagline, photo, links, menus, prices, opening hours and Nanners’ look. Anything you publish is public at linkbanana.me/your-name.
• How you found us: if you arrive through someone’s “Get your own” link, we remember their username and any campaign tags (utm) in a cookie for 30 days, and save them with your account when you sign up, so referrals can be credited.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting and database providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the service secure and working.

We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t run ads, and we don’t currently use third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Things visitors type into demo widgets on our homepage stay in their browser and are never sent to us.

Cookies

• Sign-in cookies keep you logged in. They’re required for the dashboard to work.
• Referral cookies (lb_ref, lb_ref_at, lb_utm) remember who invited you, for up to 30 days.

Who helps us run LinkBanana

• Supabase: accounts, sign-in, our database and photo storage.
• Vercel: hosting the website.
• Resend: sending sign-up and password-reset emails.

They process data only to provide their service to us. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and page while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, page and photos, except for anything we must keep for legal or security reasons, and backups that expire on their normal schedule.

Your choices

• Edit or unpublish your page any time from your dashboard.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing hello@linkbanana.me from the address on your account.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser. You’ll need sign-in cookies to use the dashboard.

Children

LinkBanana is for people 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email. See also our Terms.
