Terms

These terms apply when you use LinkBanana at linkbanana.me (“LinkBanana”, “we”, “us”), operated by SPT Labs, based in Florida, USA. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to them. Questions: hello@linkbanana.me.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
• Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or has been inactive and unpublished for a long time.

Your page and content

• You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host, display and share it so your page works.
• Only post things you have the right to post. Menus, prices, hours and reviews links on business pages must be accurate and yours to share.
• You’re responsible for the links you add and for what’s on the sites they lead to.

What’s not allowed

• Illegal content or activity, scams, phishing, malware, or links to them.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
• Adult sexual content, or selling regulated goods such as weapons or drugs.
• Impersonating people or businesses, or misleading visitors.
• Spam, or trying to break, overload or scrape the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. To report a page, email hello@linkbanana.me with its link.

Nanners and games

Nanners, points, streaks and game results are for fun. They have no cash value and can change or reset as we improve the product.

Paid features

LinkBanana is free to use today. If we add paid plans, sales or referral rewards, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay or join, and they’ll form part of these terms.

The service

• We work hard to keep LinkBanana running, but it’s provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or change.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

Ending things

You can stop using LinkBanana at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll tell account holders by email before they take effect. See also our Privacy page.
